Our customers are always welcome in the case of wish to come and personally introduce to us more complicated projects and get our advice. - Systematic character – in our work we use specially created customer database where we have data of our customers including the overview of all related orders, issued bills etc.
- Target language as mother tongue – as it was stated before, we aim to realize the principle that target language is interpreter’s / translator’s mother tongue. For example, translators who speak Russian/ Latvian/ Lithuanian/ German languages as their mother tongue translate into these languages.
- We have very good partners both in Latvia and Lithuania from where we order all translations into the respective languages – so we can guarantee high-quality translations.
- Complex service – we provide for you everything in accordance to your needs – from translation to print. Thanks to professional designers/ makers-up we accept material also on paper or PDF files, and in case of need you can get translated material in the same format that you sent it to us. This service is required in the case of all kinds of user manuals that are to be translated into several languages and after that to be sent to print. We have some examples of formerly made works and we are ready to introduce these works to you for overview.
- Quick and quality service – quick service is provided by efficient administrative activity and a wide base of translators in our office and other offices, too. Each translation must meet the requirements of TRANSLATION AND CORRECT LANGUAGE LEVEL that includes translation, text editing and overview before issuing: translation is handed over only after the final polish and making amendments at customer’s will. The high quality of translations is also provided by the circumstance that the target language is translator’s mother tongue.

- It is remarkable that unlike many other translation bureaus the degree of text difficulty does not affect the price of translation service. This means that our basic price is the same as final price, WITHOUT ADDING any extra fee in the case of more specific texts!
